you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to company standards during prep and service. Working closely with the Head Pizza Chef, you will help deliver consistent quality, strong pace and a smooth service from the pizza section. You will take ownership of the pizzas you produce during your shift, making sure every pizza is prepared, topped, baked and finished with care, accuracy and pride. You will be responsible for: - Preparing, stretching, topping and baking pizzas to Florentine standards. - Keeping quality, speed and presentation strong during busy service. - Completing prep and mise en place so the pizza section is ready and organised. - Following dough, baking, hygiene, food safety and allergen standards at all times. - Communicating clearly with the Head Pizza Chef and wider kitchen team during service. - Taking feedback positively, correcting mistakes quickly and improving through practice.
