What you will do:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues;
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution;
- Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365;
- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures;
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support role (technical support preferably) in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (understanding of APIs, OS, SaaS tools);
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with constant attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Exceptional interpersonal and team-player skills;
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
