As DevSecOps Team Lead, you bridge Security, Operations and Engineering to build a scalable Security-as-Code ecosystem. You lead a specialized team, define multi-quarter security roadmaps, and embed security into product discovery. You empower development teams with automated guardrails and self-service security tools to ship faster and more securely. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance in a fast-growing, general SaaS environment. You’ll shape secure by design practices at scale and mentor engineers to elevate security across the organization.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevSecOps engineers with performance reviews and career development
• Own the multi-quarter DevSecOps roadmap aligning security with business and engineering goals
• Serve as primary security liaison to Engineering and Product for secure discovery

• Design secure cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes with Zero Trust and identity-based access
• Evaluate and manage security vendors/tools (e.g., Snyk, Wiz, Cloudflare) for ROI and fit




• Define and monitor security KPIs (MTTR, vulnerability burn-down, false positives)
• Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems to drive systemic improvements

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure
• 2+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead/Tech Lead/Engineering Manager)
• Proven experience scaling security in a cloud-native, high-growth environment
• Automation u0026 IaC expertise with Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Deep Kubernetes security knowledge (RBAC, Network Policies, Admission Controllers) and cloud security services
• Experience implementing SAST, DAST, SCA, and Vault-based secret management at scale
• Development skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript
