And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring
- Strong experience in Java backend development and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and SOAP web services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, service-oriented design and microservices.
- Professional English communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-grade backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Building scalable microservices and integration solutions while ensuring performance, security and maintainability. Collaborating with architects, frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software and continuously improve development and deployment processes.
