We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support our Dutch market from our office in Málaga.

Oscar Car Rental is part of Oscar Mobility, an international company operating across six markets in Europe and the United States. We are focused on rethinking the traditional car rental experience by making it simpler, more adaptable, and more accessible for both customers and partners.

Customer Service plays a key role in delivering this experience, ensuring smooth and consistent support across all touchpoints. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers and partners, handling bookings, inquiries, and operational requests across multiple channels.

This is a fast
- paced role where strong communication skills, ownership, and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, modifications, and extensions
- Resolve customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until resolution
- Support rental locations with operational questions and requests

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch (mandatory)




- Good level of English for internal communication
- Availability to work on-site in our Málaga office (mandatory)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
