- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services across the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive developments.
- Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and annual budget achievement across the portfolio.
- Develop and validate business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support commercial success.
- Ensure consistent implementation and harmonization of services globally through close collaboration with Operations and Standardization teams.
- Foster innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies and integrity standards.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and support Service Development Managers/Directors to achieve strategic and commercial objectives.
