ICFO invites outstanding postdoctoral researchers from around the world to connect with ICFO Group Leaders (GLs) and co develop competitive proposals for the Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships.

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria of the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships,
including:
- A PhD degree awarded at the time of the MSCA deadline
- A maximum of 8 years of research experience post PhD (with eligible extensions)
- Compliance with mobility rules (not having resided or carried out main activity in Spain for more than 12 months in the last 36 months prior to the deadline of the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships call)
- PI matching and scientific guidance to shape a strong research proposal
- Dedicated MSCA proposal writing support and internal review
- If the proposal written is awarded:
- Competitive working conditions under MSCA standards
