About the Role:The Project Coordinator, fluent in Spanish, Creative Services also known internally as Project Coordinator – Visual Design, is involved in content scheduling and creation across multiple software platforms. This is a collaborative role with other project coordinators, graphic designers and motion designers.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Manage content scheduling and creative projectsManage projects from beginning to final delivery including gathering project requirements and relevant assets, entering projects into project management system, set schedules, and upload content in CMSCommunicate with clients, content team and designers to ensure all deliverables, approvals and deadlines are metManage client content by collecting, uploading, scheduling, and publishing content in multiple content management systemsAssist new clients with onboarding and developing content strategiesLearn and provide subject matter expertise on Mood's proprietary ContentManagement System,



HarmonyTest and validate custom development project solutionsOffer content support to internal teams such as customer support teams, fulfilment, sales and account managersCreate and maintain client documentation, tack hours and monthly reportingOther duties as assigned by management.Essential Job Qualifications:Highschool/GED RequiredBachelors degree preferred1-2 years experience in creative project coordinationFluent in SpanishKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesProficiency in digital signage and content management systemsMust speak fluent SpanishFamiliarity with digital media file types and resolutionsFamiliarity with Trello or Smartsheet and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environmentOrganized, able to work independently, and balance multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
