About the Role: The Project Coordinator, fluent in Spanish, Creative Services also known internally as Project Coordinator – Visual Design, is involved in content scheduling and creation across multiple software platforms. This is a collaborative role with other project coordinators, graphic designers and motion designers. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Manage content scheduling and creative projects * Manage projects from beginning to final delivery including gathering project requirements and relevant assets, entering projects into project management system, set schedules, and upload content in CMS * Communicate with clients, content team and designers to ensure all deliverables, approvals and deadlines are met * Manage client content by collecting, uploading, scheduling, and publishing content in multiple content management systems * Assist new clients with onboarding and developing content strategies * Learn and provide subject matter expertise on Mood’s proprietary Content * Management System,



Harmony * Test and validate custom development project solutions * Offer content support to internal teams such as customer support teams, fulfilment, sales and account managers * Create and maintain client documentation, tack hours and monthly reporting * Other duties as assigned by management. Essential Job Qualifications: * Highschool/GED Required * Bachelors degree preferred * 1-2 years experience in creative project coordination * Fluent in Spanish Knowledge/Skills/Abilities * Proficiency in digital signage and content management systems * Must speak fluent Spanish * Familiarity with digital media file types and resolutions * Familiarity with Trello or Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite * Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment * Organized, able to work independently, and balance multiple projects simultaneously * Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
