Experteer Overview
In this Infrastructure Tech Lead role, you will shape the core platform that hundreds of Deel engineers rely on daily. You’ll set technical direction, stay close to architecture and code, and deliver scalable infrastructure primitives and tooling. You’ll own the Kubernetes-based ecosystem, automate provisioning, and drive reliability and developer experience at scale. This position offers hands-on engineering leadership in a fast-growing, mission-driven company that enables global work. You’ll have a direct impact on how we build and operate critical infra across general teams.

Responsabilidades
• u003e10 years of professional software engineering experience
• ≥5 years focused on infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, CNCF)
• Production-grade coding skills in Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python
• ≥2 years as a technical lead in distributed, cross-functional teams
• Experience designing high-performance distributed systems
• Deep familiarity with message brokers (NATS, Kafka) and event-driven architectures
• Kubernetes design/operations, operators/controllers, and integration of tools
• Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scale considerations
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects
