Reporting into the European CFO with a partner relationship with the European Sales VP, you will create and roll out a new commercial finance agenda across Europe, creating a high-performing function that partners closely with Sales, Key Account Management and Marketing to improve commercial decision-making, profitability and sustainable growth. You will recruit, develop and lead a team of approximately 5 commercial finance professionals while embedding a culture of business partnering across multiple European markets. Channel & Customer Profitability / Product Mix / Contribution Margin / Financial Dashboard * Initiate and deliver product margin improvement and growth initiatives including portfolio optimisation, pricing strategy and customer investment decisions. * Drive consistent commercial reporting and performance analysis across the region. * Challenge commercial decisions through robust financial analysis and business partnering.
