Experteer Overview
As Procurement Site Leader, you will shape the long-term procurement strategy for the site and ensure it aligns with Grifols’ business objectives. You’ll lead a procurement team, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets to optimize resources. You will build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships to deliver innovative, cost-efficient solutions. This role places you at the center of cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, compliant operations in healthcare manufacturing.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven procurement experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or a regulated industry
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills
• Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and ability to resolve supply-related challenges in a factory
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Problem-solving and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
