Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape data platforms for ShipStation Global, designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and analytics with Databricks. You will work closely with product stakeholders to implement the global data strategy and unlock value from enterprise-scale datasets. You’ll uphold data quality and observability using Spark and Lakeflow, contributing to a robust, scalable data platform. You will champion engineering excellence through automation, CI/CD, testing, and security, in a fast-paced, cross-functional team based in Madrid.

• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to implement the ShipStation Global data strategy
• Develop frameworks to acquire, process, monitor, and derive value from enterprise data

Responsabilidades
• Strong Data Engineering background in lakehouse or data warehouse architecture
• Experience building robust, automated data pipelines in Python and SQL
• Mastered Python and SQL skills
• Experience with Spark or dbt
• Knowledge of Data Orchestration tools like Databricks Lakeflow or Airflow
• Knowledge of relational database design
• Desire to maintain high engineering standards and rapidly adopt new technologies
