As Senior People Programs Manager, you will own and develop strategic People programs with a strong focus on Total Rewards.
Contribute to the evolution of performance management, job architecture and career frameworks
Use data to support decisions and measure impact
Lead cross-functional People programs in partnership with PBPs, People Services and Talent Acquisition
We operate a hybrid model with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
8+ years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
~ Highly data-driven, structured and pragmatic
~ Strong program and stakeholder management skills
~ AI-native or highly skilled and curious in using AI
