The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Architect, launch, and scale our country-level last-mile delivery network from the ground up, ensuring a highly optimized,
high-velocity distribution network that meets elite integral SLAs.
- The Scope: You will take full strategic and commercial ownership of the last-mile network, managing regional P&L;, designing the multi-depot blueprint, and selecting our strategic carrier partners, reporting directly to executive leadership.
Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets
- Network Expansion & Governance: Oversee the successful on-time commissioning of all regional delivery stations across the territory, onboarding their respective management teams and standardizing performance across all nodes.
- Carrier & Courier Architecture: Design and negotiate the commercial contracts for our third-party delivery service providers (DSPs), independent contractors, and partner fleets, balancing aggressive cost-per-delivery targets with strict SLA protections.
