The role
You will help produce and publish TikTok output: video editing, captions, hooks, posting, and watching the numbers closely enough to say something useful about them. You will also be expected to have opinions about what is working on the platform this week, because it changes faster than any strategy document.

The terms, plainly. The first month is unpaid and remote, with hours agreed up front. That month is the trial. At the end of it we sit down, and if the work is good you keep going with us and we talk about what that looks like. If it is not working we will tell you straight rather than let it drift.
