As a Customer Success Manager , you'll own customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle — driving adoption, retention, and growth while helping customers maximize the value of our platform.

Resolve issues in collaboration with Support and Product teams.
Data & Reporting
Keep the CRM up to date with relevant account information, risks, and opportunities.
Hybrid model in Madrid, with access to our offices for events, training, and networking in the Bernabéu area.
Advanced training within the Google for Startups ecosystem and exposure to international experts.
Opportunities to grow into Team Lead positions or strategic international account management roles.
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles within SaaS, B2B, and technology environments.
Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
Strong data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and focus on continuous improvement.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot,
