We are looking for someone with sales experience in the real estate sector who is proactive, resourceful and strongly results-oriented. Someone who enjoys being close to clients and the market, who knows how to follow an opportunity through until it becomes a sale, and who has the initiative to create new business opportunities.
What we are looking for is solid industry experience, strong commercial drive, a digital mindset and the potential to progressively take on greater responsibility within the sales function.
This role offers a clear development path: you will start in a highly hands-on position directly focused on driving sales, with the opportunity to grow professionally as you learn the business, deliver results and demonstrate your ability to take on broader responsibility within the sales area.




Directly manage leads generated through the company's marketing campaigns.
Contact and qualify prospective buyers.
Understand their needs, motivations and purchasing criteria.
Actively follow up on every sales opportunity.
Support clients throughout the different stages of the sales process.
Identify why certain opportunities do not progress and provide insights that can help optimise the sales process.
Work closely with Marketing, providing feedback on lead quality and the performance of different acquisition initiatives.
Client service and sales support
Assist national and international clients interested in the company's developments.
Accompany clients in person on visits to plots, residential developments and show homes.
Present the product and answer any commercial questions that may arise during the process.
Adapt the sales approach to each client's needs and motivations.
