Sales Representative & Product Developer
Full‑time position.
Sales and Account Management
Manage and grow sales within a defined group of customers at the subsidiary level by executing targeted sales strategies and market development initiatives.
Own and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and pricing activities for the assigned territory and customer base.
Develop, implement, and monitor customer‑specific plans to ensure effective execution of tactical sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance brand loyalty and secure profitable outcomes.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Enza Zaden product portfolio and provide expert technical advice to ensure successful cultivation and performance of varieties.
Identify promising experimental varieties through local trials and collaboration with integral breeding teams.
Actively contribute to the variety selection and advancement decision‑making process using data‑driven insights.




Support team development by mentoring junior sales professionals and accompanying them on customer visits when needed.
Collect, analyze, and report market and customer data to support the Market Intelligence function.
Provide regular updates on sales progress, trial outcomes, customer feedback, and market developments to the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
Independently prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure successful commercial outcomes.
Bachelor of Science in an Agricultural major is required.
~2 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, product development, agriculture, or a related industry.
~ A valid driver’s license.
~ Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications.
~ Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
~ Strong customer orientation with a results‑driven and sales‑focused mindset.
