I’m looking for someone experienced in growing and scaling DTC ecommerce brands to work with me on an ongoing basis.

The role will be hands-on and focused on identifying opportunities to improve performance across the entire customer acquisition funnel.

What I’m looking for:

- Meta Ads strategy, testing and optimisation
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying what to scale/stop
- CRO and landing/product page optimisation
- Developing new creative angles and ad concepts
- Improving conversion rates, AOV and CAC
- Competitor and market research
- Testing new offers, bundles and pricing
- Helping identify bottlenecks across the funnel
- Using data to decide what we test next

I’m particularly interested in someone who has actually helped grow DTC ecommerce brands, rather than someone focused purely on managing ad accounts.

This would initially be a freelance/consulting role, with the potential to become a longer-term partnership as the brands grow.
