Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As RESH Site Leader, you drive the RESH strategy at site level to protect people and the environment while enabling business objectives. You lead the I Care journey, partner with the general RESH organization, and advise the leadership team on RESH topics to build a strong, sustainable safety culture. You establish goals, ensure compliance with legal and RESH standards, and oversee policies, training, audits, investigations, and record-keeping. You mentor teams on continuous improvement and manage the department budget.

Coach and educate the team with performance and consequence management
Responsabilidades
~ University degree in relevant field preferred
~5+ years experience on a production site
~3+ years RESH management preferred
~ Fluent English
~ Ability to develop and drive strategies, set priorities and lead changes
~ Strong skills in leading through others
~ Ability to develop and implement RESH programs, conduct assessments and lead incident investigations
~ Understanding of local, national and industry RESH regulations
