Experteer Overview In this role you provide frontline support for trade-finance tools, manage incidents and updates via ServiceNow, and contribute to digitalisation and process improvements across the region. You work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, train users, and support migration projects. Your efforts help boost operational efficiency and user satisfaction in a dynamic trade-finance environment. You will be part of a regional team delivering reliable support and continuous improvement.
