Responsibilities and duties include:
~ Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results.
~ Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel.
~ Lead a Regional Network
~ Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations.
~ Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events.
~ Build Strong Delivery Partnerships
~ Drive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans.
~ Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently.
~ Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives.




~ Use data to make fast, informed operational decisions.
~ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or Business
~~6+ year experience in managing a team plus a full P&L; with a strong background in logistics, transportation, express parcel, or last-mile operations.
~~ Proven success managing high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models.
~~ Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
~~ Fluent in English and Spanish and able to operate in fast-paced, high growth environments.
