Experteer Overview
In this role you will advise on day-to-day sales operations and commercial engagements, drafting and negotiating complex technology contracts while aligning terms with corporate strategy. You will assess risk, handle data protection and security terms, and leverage AI tools to streamline legal workflows. You’ll implement governance policies across regions and act as a bridge between legal and sales to scale processes. This is a cross-border, fast-paced role that shapes how the sales function partners with legal to enable growth.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements (license, cloud, SaaS)
• Provide risk assessments and guidance on data protection, security, and regulatory terms
• Interpret contractual provisions to support business objectives
• Coordinate implementation of corporate legal policies across regions

and contract analysis
• Manage cross-border commercial engagements across EMEA
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scalable and adaptable legal processes
• Support day-to-day operations and commercial engagements in the sales context

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in commercial and corporate law from top law firm or multinational corporate legal department
• Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex tech contracts (license, cloud, SaaS)
• Expertise in data protection and information security related to commercial transactions (GDPR, cybersecurity)
• Fluent in English and at least one other EU language (French preferred)
• Ability to manage cross-border engagements across EMEA
