In this role, you will oversee fiscal roadmaps, budgeting and predictive modeling to support sustainable growth. You’ll collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders to analyze commercial outcomes, drive operational efficiency, and provide analytical insights for decision-making. You will partner with Category and Commercial teams to influence planning, pricing, promotions and investments, while leading forecasting and performance reviews for category Pu0026amp;Ls. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing environment with a strong emphasis on data integrity and actionable finance insights.

• Lead topline performance analysis across revenue, volume, price, mix and market performance; provide actionable insights for growth and risk management
• Coordinate planning processes including data input, consolidation, reporting, and analysis
• Consolidate and reconcile inputs from markets ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Serve as finance business partner for assigned categories, supporting strategic planning, pricing, promotions, product launches, and investments
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning,
and performance reviews for category Pu0026Ls with variance analyses and leadership recommendations
• Provide analysis and strategy support on promotion spend to business partners
• Develop and maintain financial models to automate and streamline gross-to-net spend analyses
• Identify and implement improvements to financial and operational reporting for speed and clarity
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects for various business partners
• Translate financial insights into practical actions to achieve business results
Responsabilidades
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Finance with FPu0026A support
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience in Category Finance/Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Finance or Sales Finance is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with partners and peers
