Responsabilidades y requisitos
- Quality Leadership: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team responsible for composite manufacturing, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Product Quality: Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and ECSS quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process until final product delivery. Oversee incoming, in process, and final inspections, ensuring products and materials meet established quality standards.
- Supplier Quality: Manage supplier quality activities, including incoming material verification, supplier qualification, and quality audits when required.
- Non Conformance Management: Lead the resolution of manufacturing quality issues, supporting Product Assurance in the management of NCRs and corrective actions.
