Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Functional Safety activities to support our hybrid and combustion powertrain solutions. You will define and maintain the Functional Safety Plan aligned with ISO 26262 and drive key safety documentation. You will coordinate safety work with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance and timely milestones. This is a globally oriented role with an emphasis on collaboration, quality, and impactful safety outcomes. You will contribute to the company’s mission of advancing safe, sustainable propulsion technologies and helping move the industry toward net zero.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and maintain the Functional Safety Plan aligned with ISO 26262
• Manage safety documentation (Safety Case, DIA, DDMRS)
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve customer adverse events (EIC) and URP
• Define and validate degraded modes, safety tests, and a compliance matrix
• Provide safety approvals and recommendations at key project milestones
• Coordinate safety activities with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Automotive, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering
• ISO 26262 certification (TÜV, Exida, or equivalent)
• 4-8 years experience in functional safety roles/projects
• Experience leading ISO 26262 audits and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of ASPICE and quality processes
• Languages: Spanish u0026 English required, French is a plus
