As Strategic Commercial Director, you will steer commercial and marketing activities to drive sustainable growth across domestic and international markets. You will lead and develop the commercial team, shaping strategy and ensuring execution against targets. Your work will combine market insight, customer relationship leadership, and cross-functional oversight to strengthen our market presence. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with the company’s mission and growth objectives.

Responsabilidades
• University degree in scientific, engineering or business-related disciplines
• MBA or further studies in Business Management, Sales and/or Marketing valued
• Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within a B2B industrial environment
• Demonstrated success in leading, developing and motivating commercial teams
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
