FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt

COMPENSATION: The hiring range for this position is $70,000–$90,000, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses; candidates may also choose between a base salary structure or a variable compensation plan (commission), which may provide higher earning potential

Position Summary

Vitae Healthis is seeking a qualified Psychotherapist to provide mental health services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The Psychotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, supporting residents’ overall well‑being and adjustment to medical and life changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for residents upon admission and as needed
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
- Address issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, cognitive decline, and adjustment to illness or disability
- Support residents coping with chronic illness, pain, loss of independence, and end‑of‑life concerns
- Collaborate with the Vitae clin
