Senior Product Designer

What you will do:
- Designing Engaging & innovative User Experiences: Craft engaging, easy‑to‑use mobile, web, and desktop design solutions that address both business objectives and user needs. Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and creative approaches, fostering a spirit of continuous improvement and encouraging the exploration of diverse solutions to enhance user experience.
- User Psychology Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of user psychology including their behaviours, motivations, and attitudes, particularly in the context of e‑commerce, travel, and technology. Apply behavioural insights and cognitive principles, use data‑driven insights into user motivations, emotions,



and pain points to inform design choices.
- Delivering Design Excellence: Produce wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, interaction flows, and design assets, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation. Utilizes the design system effectively and possesses strong skills in its application, while also contributing to its development.
- Leveraging Research and Insights: Use qualitative and quantitative research, market trends, and best practices to inform design decisions. Participate in user research activities and usability studies to define data‑based design solutions.
- Designing with Business Impact: Leverage a deep understanding of business goals, KPIs, and metrics to inform and guide design decisions, connecting design strategies to measurable outcomes.
