Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and deploy machine learning solutions for automated driving and ADAS, working with multimodal sensor data to enable perception, scene understanding, and prediction. You will collaborate with software teams to integrate AI into automotive applications and continuously optimize algorithms for real-time performance. You will evaluate new AI technologies and contribute to sensor fusion and environment modeling efforts, translating research concepts into practical customer solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape intelligent driving features within a data-driven, innovation-focused environment.

• Analyze and process multimodal sensor data (camera, radar, LiDAR)
• Train, optimize DL and CV models for perception and prediction
• Evaluate and integrate modern AI technologies (Foundation Models, Vision-Language Models, Generative AI, Edge AI)
• Contribute to sensor fusion, perception, and environment modeling

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable field (completed)
• Initial practical experience in ML, DL, CV, or AI (internships, projects, theses, or work-study)
• Strong Python knowledge; experience with C++, Rust, or SQL a plus
• Experience with AI frameworks/libraries: PyTorch, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas
• Understanding of modern AI methods: CV, Foundation Models, Vision Transformers, Vision-Language Models, Generative AI, multimodal systems
• Experience processing/analyzing camera, radar, or LiDAR data is a plus
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, cloud platforms, MLOps, Edge AI, Embedded AI a plus
• Passion for AI, CV, and automated driving technologies
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
