As a Service Sales Engineer Leybold Spain, your mission is toposition Leybold as the core supplier of product and services through the effective management of direct accounts in ALL markets sales of all products and services within the defined geographical area. The main focus is to develop sales of VTS products and services in conjunction with the regional sales structure. To develop and execution of sales plans, targets and forecasts within the overall regional and in line with the business unit sales strategy. Keep records of all activity in line with the business strategy and to achieve or exceed sales targets within the defined territory.You will report to Service Sales Manager.
You will
- Development and implementation of business plans for the territory that drives growth and the achievement of revenue and profit goals for VTS.
- Deployment of the strategy either via the local sales strucure or direct
- Preparation and adoption of a rolling plan to maximise customer facing time within the territory, target >50% of time in direct contact
- Achievement of the revenue and profit goals for the territory for VTS business.
- Provision of a monthly report for the territory.
- Fully maintain and updating of Leybold system to include C4C and CRMs.
- Close cooperation with Service Operations, Marketingand all other department andteams.
- Work collaboratively with sales managment and the wider sales team to ensure transparent and collaborative management of the business area.
- In conjunction with the VTS Division plan, develop new product / services launch plans for the customer base.
- Report on competitorsactivities.
To succeed, you will need
You have minimum 1-2years of experience in Sales
- Strong direct selling experience and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, or to influence other departments within Leybold in the execution of the VTS growth strategy.
- Strong commercial skills and awareness.
