Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert technical support to German-speaking customers regarding innovative iRobot consumer electronics products.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, empathetic, and efficient solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure ongoing service improvement.

- Stay updated on the latest iRobot features and software updates to provide informed advice to our German-speaking user base.

- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
