Experteer Overview
In this role you help scale Factorial's Partnerships by developing strategic initiatives, building scalable processes, and driving data-informed decisions. You will support the Partner team to grow the business across markets and design AI-enabled GTM actions. You’ll own partner reporting, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement robust tracking to monitor impact. This is a growth-focused role at a fast-moving, collaborative SaaS company expanding internationally.

Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking,



Startup, or VC
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent from Tier-1 business school
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyze and interpret data
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
