Experteer Overview
In this role you manage and optimize clients’ digital analytics assets, guiding how analytics are set up and reported. You will own analytics relationships, support the digital team, and help clients adopt effective GA, GTM, and Looker Studio practices. You’ll train others, lead stakeholder conversations, and drive data-informed decisions across projects. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with room to influence analytics strategies at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Create tracking matrices for client implementations
• Oversee digital analytics tracking setup using Google Tag Manager
• Produce reports with Looker Studio for clients and internal stakeholders
• Analyze web analytics data to inform decisions and recommendations
• Attend client calls/meetings and contribute to planning and delivery
• Provide training on GA, GTM and Looker Studio to clients and internal teams




• Lead senior internal relationships and translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
• Coordinate with third parties (e.g., web developers) on technical recommendations
• Lead internal training programs for Google Marketing Platforms
• Identify knowledge gaps and plan solutions
• Lead day-to-day delivery meetings for clients
• Ensure quality assurance of junior team members’ work
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and project management alongside technical skills
• Deeply understand tagging related to media platforms

Responsabilidades
• Typically ~3 years in a Digital Analytics role using GA, GTM and Looker Studio
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL and BigQuery (desirable)
• Broad understanding of digital media and conversion optimization (beneficial)
• Strong customer management, multitasking and ability to meet tight deadlines
