MigRun is a tech-first relocation company that has helped thousands of clients relocate to Spain and Portugal. We process 50–100 immigration and tax cases per month and are looking for a licensed Gestor@ Administrativ@ or Abogad@ to join our remote team.

What you'll do

- File residence and work permit applications via Mercurio and UGE-CE (DNV, arraigo, reagrupación, renovaciones and others)
- Generate and pay government fees (tasas modelo 790, códigos 038 and 052)
- Support our case managers with recursos and requerimientos

Bonus tasks (tax side)

- Book citas previas at Oficinas de Extranjería
- File IRPF, IVA and Impuesto sobre Sociedades returns
- Register autónomos and companies with the AEAT (modelos 036/037)
- Represent clients before the Agencia Tributaria

Must-haves

- Active colegiación as Gestor/a Administrativo/a or Abogado/a




- 2+ years of experience in extranjería procedures
- Native or near-native Spanish
- Professional working English (B2+)
- Valid electronic certificate (FNMT/DNIe) and ability to file through Mercurio, including UGE-CE procedures

Nice to have

- Russian language skills
- Experience with Digital Nomad Visa (Ley 14/2013)
