Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure it adheres to social media platform safety policies and community guidelines.
Identify, escalate, and resolve complex issues related to digital safety, misinformation, and online policy violations.




Maintain a high standard of quality in content moderation, ensuring a safe and positive experience for integral social media users.
Collaborate with international teams to refine moderation strategies and adapt to evolving social media trends.
Provide detailed documentation and feedback regarding content trends to improve internal moderation tools and processes.
Stay up-to-date with current events and cultural nuances relevant to the Dutch-speaking online community.
Participate in regular briefings to ensure alignment with the latest safety protocols and policy updates.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
A valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Bulgaria.
Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends.
Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain objectivity.
Strong command of English for intern
