We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms.
Analyze complex customer queries within the customer support services sector to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and expert communication in Dutch.




Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support processes and enhance the user experience.
Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Stay updated on the latest service features and company policies to provide accurate information to end-users.
Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding performance KPIs and service level agreements.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the customer support services industry.
Strong proficiency in English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
Ability to thrive in an on-site, multicultural work environment in Sofia.
Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
