Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer support to users of a top-tier streaming platform via phone, chat, and email.
Troubleshoot technical playback issues, account settings, and subscription queries related to the streaming interface.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient solutions to German-speaking subscribers.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest streaming content, platform features, and technical updates.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize support processes within the competitive streaming industry.
Represent a integral brand with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to support ongoing platform improvements.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) for internal collaboration and reporting.
Full professional proficiency in German to serve our client’s primary market.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in this role).
Exceptional passion for technology and the streaming platforms industry.
Previous experience in customer service or a digital-first support environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively
