Job Overview
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as German Speaking Transportation Customer Experts in Greece. This pivotal position in the transportation industry allows you to leverage your language skills while delivering exceptional service support to our international clientele, ensuring seamless mobility and logistics experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the transportation sector, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Manage booking adjustments, scheduling changes, and logistics troubleshooting for international travel and transport services.




Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex transportation-related issues effectively.
Communicate complex logistical information clearly to clients to ensure a frictionless transportation experience.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline customer workflows within the transportation industry.
Provide expert guidance on travel policies and transportation network routes to our diverse user base.
Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system to improve service quality standards.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Professional fluency in German to support our core market within the transportation industry.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellence in the transportation sector.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a remote environment based in Greece.
