Role Description The Spain Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote contract role focused on building and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Spanish market. The franchise partner will oversee local market research, identify and engage potential learners and corporate clients, and adapt Lingua Learn’s offerings to regional needs. Daily activities include managing the franchise’s online platform, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academics, and supervising teacher allocations and course schedules. The partner will monitor performance metrics, develop local marketing initiatives, and ensure high-quality learning experiences for students. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, school operations, and relationship management within Spain.
