We’re Hiring | Graphic & Print Designer

Kardem is seeking a creative Graphic & Print Designer to join our growing team at our Barcelona location.
If you have a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for providing fashion design services, creating innovative textile prints, graphics, and product concepts—along with the ability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment—we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field,
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic, print, or textile design; professional experience in the fashion and textile industry is highly preferred,
Strong interest in fashion and the textile industry, with a good understanding of fashion, textile, graphic design, and market trends,
Good command of written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus,
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator,
Good knowledge of printing techniques and textile printing processes,




Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills, with previous experience creating fashion or textile prints using these techniques,
Ability to effectively use AI-supported design tools in the creative and design process,
Ability to independently manage design tasks and take ownership of assigned projects,
Ability to transform creative concepts into technically accurate, production- and print-ready artwork files,
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics,
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment,
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills,
Ability to work fully from the office and comply with designated working hours,
No travel restrictions,
Candidates currently based in Barcelona and available to start at short notice are preferred.
