Experteer Overview
As a Lifecycle Marketing professional at iubenda, you own end-to-end lifecycle programs that convert signups into activated users, paying customers, and retained revenue across four brands. You’ll shape strategy, segmentation, copy, and measurements to drive MRR and retention, working closely with Growth, Monetization, CRO, Product, and Marketing. This role combines product-led lifecycle optimization with data-driven experimentation in a fast-growing privacy tech company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain always-on lifecycle programs spanning onboarding to expansion
• Own campaign creation and execution in Vero and in-app messaging tools
• Write concise, product-led lifecycle copy and optimize with test results
• Manage lifecycle KPI set in Amplitude: activation, free-to-paid conversion, MRR, upgrade/expansion, churn metrics
• Adapt learnings across four brands with disciplined prioritization
• Collaborate with Monetization, CRO, Product, and Marketing on data,



funnel strategy, and cross-channel alignment
• Turn regulatory changes into lifecycle opportunities

Responsabilidades
• At least 6 years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience in B2B SaaS with clear ownership of programs
• Proven results in a product-led or self-serve model (activation, conversion, expansion, or churn)
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Vero, HubSpot or similar)
• Proficiency in a product analytics tool (Amplitude or similar)
• Analytical, curious, experimental mindset with data-driven hypothesis testing
• Autonomous, self-prioritizing with goal alignment
• Full professional proficiency in English
