Role overview The Marketing Hub is a digital B2B marketing agency, specialising in the management of sales and marketing programmes that deliver increased sales volume for leading global technology companies, telecommunications carriers, and software start-ups.

The successful candidate will join The Marketing Hub and work as an embedded member of the international marketing team of one of our key EdTech clients. Reporting functionally to the client's Growth Marketing Team Lead and working closely with The Marketing Hub's management team, you will develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to generate engagement and drive demand for the client's solutions. In this dynamic role, you will work cross-functionally within the client's organisation and with regional teams to execute campaigns that directly contribute to business success.
You will contribute to and execute customer-focused, data-driven marketing initiatives across email marketing, marketing automation, paid media, events, channel marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will also help align integral campaigns with regional priorities, channel partner activities, and local market objectives. The role requires a strong background in demand generation, campaign optimisation and hands-on HubSpot, together with a strong analytical mindset and a focus on measurable business results.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop, execute, monitor, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, demand generation, and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Contribute to the client's growth marketing strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and marketing stakeholders.
- Develop and localise differentiated messaging and value propositions for target audiences, verticals, and regional markets.
- Align with sales teams and regional stakeholders to support demand generation objectives, stakeholder engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the customer journey and develop engagement strategies that improve conversion and sales readiness.
- Collaborate with global content, creative, brand, product marketing, and digital teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
- Build and manage marketing automation programmes in HubSpot, including workflows, landing pages, nurture campaigns, lead-scoring models, forms, and audience segmentation.
- Support and coordinate channel marketing strategies in partnership with sales, leadership teams, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners across key markets.
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage campaign budgets and recommend investment optimisations based on business priorities and performance data.
- Manage external suppliers, technology partners, and specialist vendors where required.
- Perform other duties as required.
Core competencies
- Strong background in B2B demand generation, with proven experience developing and executing campaigns that generate engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline.
- Strong campaign optimisation skills, with the ability to analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and continuously improve campaign results.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, including automation workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, dashboards, nurture programmes, landing pages, and forms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, and Channel teams while contributing to marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong market awareness with the ability to adapt and localise messaging and campaigns for different audiences and regions.
- Strong working knowledge of how digital, partner, event, email, paid media, social, and ABM channels can be integrated into cohesive growth programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimise campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
- Experience coordinating external suppliers, technology partners, or specialist vendors.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Education and work experience
Essencial
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, including significant hands-on experience in demand generation and campaign management/optimisation.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, with proven success building and managing marketing automation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and continuously optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish.
Desirable
- Experience working within a marketing, creative, digital, media, or integrated agency environment.
- Experience supporting multiple international markets and working with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience within technology, SaaS, education technology (EdTech), or channel-led organisations.
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in Italian and/or other European languages.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
Supervision
- This position does not have any direct reports.
Additional details
- The role requires periodic international travel.
- A valid work permit in Spain is required.
- The role is client-facing and requires regular collaboration with international stakeholders in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment.
