Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for search engine products within the IT industry.
Analyze complex user queries and deliver accurate, data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with international technical teams to optimize search engine performance and user experience.
Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met with precision and technical accuracy.




Translate complex technical documentation and user guides for the German-speaking market.
Utilize diagnostic tools to resolve software and interface issues reported by integral users.
Maintain a deep understanding of current search algorithm trends and emerging IT developments.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong proficiency in German to communicate effectively with the specific market requirements.
Valid EU passport is required for all candidates applying for our Dutch-speaking jobs.
