Your Role
As a Brand Health Accountability Consultant , you will support the integral execution of Hyatt’s Accountability programs, with a particular focus on the EAME region. Your work will span key initiatives including the Focused Improvement Program, Brand Protection Program, Brand Compliance Program, Quality Assurance and Renovation policies.
In this role, you will collaborate across Owner Relations, Operations, Brands,



Learning & Development, Communications, Finance and Legal to support consistent, effective and defensible execution of Hyatt’s Accountability programs. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of Hyatt’s Accountability infrastructure, helping identify opportunities to evolve policies, strengthen interventions and ensure programs can scale effectively across Hyatt’s growing portfolio.
Contract: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Location: This position is based in either Germany, Spain or the UK. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the European Union or in the UK.

Your Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day administration and execution of Hyatt’s Accountability programs by monitoring performance, managing communications, tracking progress and identifying opportunities to strengthen program effectiveness, compliance and reward structures.
