We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to own the social and audience strategy behind the YouTube channel of a globally recognized beauty brand.
In this role, you will define the strategic direction for a high-growth,



high-volume global YouTube channel with a Shorts-first approach. You will identify the audience behaviors that drive discovery, subscription, and purchase, translate cultural and trend signals into repeatable content direction, and shape the content calendar around key product launches, activations, and brand moments.
You will own the growth strategy behind what the channel publishes, developing clear hypotheses, reviewing performance alongside analytics specialists, and adapting the approach based on what the data shows. You will also shape the creator activation strategy, from briefing and selection criteria to performance evaluation and progression across creator tiers, while identifying how organic content can connect effectively with commerce and paid amplification.
