Role Mission

As a Social Media Trainee you would support and grow brand social presence through the creation of organic audiovisual content, transforming creative concepts into short-form video pieces that authentically connect with communities across each platform.

Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of content, from trend identification to filming, editing, publishing, and interaction, ensuring cultural relevance, brand consistency,



and high impact across TikTok, Reels, and Instagram.

Handle daily social media publishing, monitors comments, and engages directly with followers. Assist senior team members by tracking basic performance metrics and creating draft posts to keep the brand's online audience active.

Key Responsibilities

Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Instagram, from ideation to final edit.
Film and edit content on-site (in-store, street, or other locations) following creative guidelines.
Execute trends and viral formats adapted to the brand’s tone.
Identify content opportunities and propose new formats based on trends.
Collaborate in the planning of shoots and productions.
Support UGC content creation and coordinate with creators when needed.
Edit content using professional and native tools (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci).
Ensure technical quality in every piece: audio, lighting, frami
