We are currently seeking polished and service-oriented professionals for our German Speaking Pandora Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, luxury-standard customer service for Pandora clients across multiple channels.
Provide expert guidance on high-end jewelry collections, emphasizing brand heritage and product quality.
Resolve complex customer inquiries with sophistication, empathy, and technical accuracy.
Maintain the prestigious reputation of the brand during every interaction.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
Process orders and manage account details with meticulous attention to detail.
Achieve performance metrics aligned with the premium standards of the luxury goods industry.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Advanced proficiency in German (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in high-end retail, luxury goods, or premium customer service environments.
Excellent communication skills and an innate ability to provide personalized, high-touch support.
Strong desire to relocate and start a professional journey with one of our sought-after jobs in Greece.
