This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Enterprise Services Master Data Management (GES MDM) organization as a Lead Expert GES MDM Processes.
As the highest-level individual contributor within the MDM Process stream, you will act as a integral process authority for your area, owning the design, standards and harmonization of Master Data Management processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, MDM Services and MDM Technical Solutions to ensure that MDM processes are consistent, scalable and aligned with business needs across regions.

Your key responsibilities
Design and own Master Data Management processes within your area, ensuring alignment with group policies, standards and Delegations of Authority.




Ensure MDM processes meet business requirements and are validated by the relevant process stakeholders.
Maintain process documentation according to established standards and support internal, ISO and customer audits.
Support M&A; initiatives and IT projects, including ERP implementations, by defining the appropriate Master Data setup and processes.
Lead work packages within solution implementation projects and facilitate process design workshops.
Partner with MDM Technical Solutions to implement processes and workflows in Informatica.
Work closely with IT teams to implement MDM solutions in SAP backend systems.
Collaborate with MDM Services to successfully implement process and solution changes and provide third-level support when required.
Drive and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives within your area.
